It went really well overall! I applied to AMP online on their career page. I initially applied for three separate roles and was passed over for two. They reached out to me to schedule a phone interview with the recruiter, then a video call with the hiring manager, a technical interview with a team member, and finally a team interview with all the higher ups. The interview process was definitely very thorough and they asked great questions about my abilities, interests, where I see myself in five years, and about the job of course. Overall, everyone was incredibly friendly and engaging, I had a good interview process.

The only round I had was the initial HR screening and didn't get a callback for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks they withdraw my application without an explanation. I even tried getting a feedback and I didn't get a reply for that too.
