They brought me in for a Criticall test, and then if you passed the test you were brought in for an interview. It was a panel interview with a manager and a supervisor. They were friendly and we had a good conversation.

The questions were really pretty typical, about how you'd handle different situations, what hours you were willing to work, etc.
