I applied and got an email that day to send in all my certs, I took my DMV test the next day, sent in my certs and set up my skills test/interview for 3 after. I went in for my skills test waited in the break room for about 45 mins and I got there 15 mins early. The guy leaving the skills room was told he failed because he did not verbalize what he was doing. I went in and the supervisor said that I was lucky because we went overtime with the first guy, so we would only be doing two skills. I ended up going through my medical assessment straight off the NR sheet, my pt had chest pain I assisted with aspirin and nitro blah blah. KNOW YOUR DOSAGES IN MG AND # OF TABLETS! Also know the names of ED pills! Then moved on to how to bag pt, use suction, place OPA NPA. I was told I passed and to wait for the interview. Basic interview questions then got the 5 medical questions. What does G in APGAR stand for? Two ways to fix snoring restorations? and some other ones I can't remember but were very basic. I got a conditional acceptance, just have to pass physical ability, medical and drug tests.

Straight forward and streamlined, nice interviewers, skills assessment after interview to verify proper skills, pertinent questions to why you would or should get the job, overall a good experience and would recommend to others

Colloquio
There was two people interviewing me taking turns asking questions. While I was responding they were typing out my responses for their boss to review and determine if I was eligible to hire.

Domanda 1
They asked me multiple behavioral questions and a few medical questions.
Easy interview, mostly checking for general competency. We covered a handful of job related questions, a couple of general "get to know you" questions, and then discussed when my start date could be. Overall pretty straightforward.
