Interesting, challenging and effective ,I was very impressed. The firm approached me directly for an initial screening, this was followed by a telephone competency based interview, then two face-to-face interviews and finally a meeting with the client. I was updated throughout the interview process and similarly through the offer process. I was impressed by everyone I spoke to and this went a long way to me ultimately deciding to joing the organisation.
