It was a efficient but very selective process. The HR are very particular about the candidates and requirement. They are cut throat when it comes to hiring freshers and are not a fan of freshers.

My first round was voice assessment and i come from a really big banking firm where i worked for voice process over 5 years. My interviewer had rejected me for communication. Which i will never agree on. I feel there is a bit of bias in interviews. Its just my opinion. But there are people who are helpful as well in the HR team.
