First the recuiter reached out via a phone call with very priliminary questions that are very standard. then it was an on-site interview with the CEO, who really did not prepare. Go with the flow, has no focus, no understanding what they are even looking for.

Very good. Very professional HR staff. Wonderful facility. They worked within my schedule. Had plenty of time to talk and ask questions. Met with 3 people. Spent a good hour+ in the interview.
