over all, we had agreed on a salary in the start of the hrining process, and when the offer was proposed after all successful interviews, they have reduced out of nowhere (I had even more expereince than the N+1 to be), and the salary agreed in the beginning was aligned with their actual salaries (got informations from their employees and glassdoor) !! strange move and not professional.
