Colloquio
After two phone interview Apmex called me for F2F interview. Had interview with the director of engineering, two developers and HR. Everything went well, HR told me that they will communicate to me within couple of days. Next day HR called me at the morning and requested to go to Apmex for another round of interview (!!!!!!). I went to their office at 11:00am then had interview with their QA manager and only QA who is leaving in a week. They both were "sick" yesterday.
From second day interview conversation, it was clear to me that they have huge dirty office politics.
Besides that they just want to hire only one QA for the entire company. Their offer was way below than national average. Refused their offer politely.

APMEX is fortunate to have a team of professionals working in IT and realizes it sometimes works out for the best when offers are declined.
