I was contacted by text about an interview slot for the company. I agreed upon a time and date. I showed up for the interview and followed all of their instructions (arrive three minutes early and turn on camera/sound in the waiting room). The interviewer failed to show up! I waited seven minutes, which is plenty of time, and no one showed up. This leads me to two conclusions either this individual was not made aware that they were interviewing me (criminal, might I add) or they were simply too busy to conduct all aspects of their role. Either options, concludes that this company is absolutely toxic.
