The interview process was smooth and well-organized. There were a few people on the panel, and everyone was professional and welcoming. As part of the process, I had to prepare and deliver a presentation to the team, which gave me a good sense of the collaborative environment. Overall, the interviewers were kind and easy to speak with. I ultimately declined the offer as I accepted a more competitive opportunity elsewhere, but the experience was positive.

First started with HR screening call and video call. Then a remote/video call interview with senior people in the practice. Then an in-person presentation, and interviews with a few senior and junior staffs, and an interview with the practice director.
