Initial interview happened over the phone, and in person interview was in 2 parts, with the first part being a group interview of approximately 10 people. Where we did a group exercise, questions on how you would prioritize issues at the store. Second part was individual interview where it was mainly about past experiences in relation to the position.

Das Gespräch ging etwa 30 Minuten, nach kurzer Vorstellung beider Seiten wurden einige Frage gestellt und es gab noch eine Aufgabe zu lösen. Anschließend wurden administrative Dinge wie Verfügbarkeiten geklärt.
