I got a call from a Recruitment Agency, they scheduled my Interview. I was at the Company on the time allotted. It was a Face to Face and 1 to 1 type of interview. The recruiter asked me questions and some were theoretical and others were practical.

They were looking for a strong skilled .NET Developer with solid understanding of Windows Based Applications which was their current project. The Interviewer was polite and made the environment comfortable for me to understand and answer the questions. He even answered and correct two answers where I was wrong. He was also looking for two additional tools that I was not experienced in.
