After sending my resume and references I was called in for an interview. The interview lasted 30 minutes and felt more like a chat. I was aked about my teaching experience and my travels and was asked to provide a sample lesson plan. I was given some situations that could pop up in the classroom and how I would handle them for example if one student is very shy and doesn't participate.
