The interview was with the husband and wife team. At the beginning of the interview, I was asked to sign a noncompete as part of my initial paperwork (when I questioned this, she immediately backed down). The husband’s questioning felt kind of aggressive and off putting, especially since he’s not officially part of the business (I think?).
