Apply online with a few customer service related questions, you then are called in store for a 121 interview, once successful you are told your induction date and you start on the generic we can get rid of you if your not good temp contract, I got a contract afterwards though although that really didn't mean much since their vague policies can end u up in gross misconduct for breathing out of sync

Basic questions of favourite item, what good customer service is, team work tasks to complete in a group, when available work sheet, very simple then range a few days later for on boarding

Group session (team building, think we had to make a model etc) followed by short individual interview. There was also bag packing for 20 minute, checking interaction with public etc. It was all fine.
