Online application, got asked to attend an assessment day where I would need to give a presentation, answering the question: "Why Asda? - How will you use your time on this placement to capitalise on the opportunity for future employment?" The day also involved 2 group activities, one based around analysing data and presenting findings. Another involving speaking to a store manager about an issue, working out the issue, and a solution, and then presenting the the solution we agreed on. The day finished with an interview, with one person asking questions, and another taking notes and occasionally asking a question.
