Colloquio
The interview was fine, the interviewer was really nice too.
Basically talked about previous employment, references and about my cv.
It lasted about twenty to twenty five minutes, they had others to see after me.
I saw most of the people at interview when I was hired as an employee. It didn't seem like they wanted anyone specific, just someone who could do the job. An easy job at that.
They just asked a bunch of questions about my previous experience and basically just went through my CV. There were a couple of other questions but I forgot what they were.
Mostly team building exercises, building houses out of cards and getting to know you questions. There was about 10 of us, maybe more. It felt a bit silly and not really like a job interview. They didn't really ask us anything, just observed how we interacted with each other.
