A group interview with tasks on the shop floor and ice breakers. As long as you’re friendly and nice and polite. Very easy and laid back. Pretty much have the job when invited to the Asda life.
They just asked a bunch of questions about my previous experience and basically just went through my CV. There were a couple of other questions but I forgot what they were.
Mostly team building exercises, building houses out of cards and getting to know you questions. There was about 10 of us, maybe more. It felt a bit silly and not really like a job interview. They didn't really ask us anything, just observed how we interacted with each other.
