Really nice environment to work around people with all different types of culture, however they all get along perfectly well. Work-life balance is also great. Would definitely recommend to others

There was no interview for ASDA, there was a phone call with a couple questions about myself and past experience then a scheduling for my 'best welcome' and I was part of the company.

Seeing how the shop was so understaffed, the interview process was non-existent. They simply asked about work eligibility, availability and finally, when you could start. After this, a tour was given and the training process began.
Started with a Phone call inviting to interview and basic interview questions, then interview consisted of similar questions but more in detail. Like tell me about yourself and past experience and why you want to work here etc
