Online Application with a few of the usual competency based questions. This was followed by a phone interview where a face to face interview was organised. Face to face interview included tour of the store plus learning about core values of the company and a questionnaire. After which some questions were asked.

Do you have any suggestions on how we could save energy?
In person interview, they ask 4 questions mainly personality based and also some work related ones. They then tour you around the store, and you get to meet some colleagues
Good, thorough process, seemed like a nice culture and the manager was well informed. Process felt fair and I was put at ease throughout by the interviewer. It was a good experience
