just online form to assess your ability and motivation found it very easy but did not hear back until 3 months later which is annoying but overall easy application process

Seeing how the shop was so understaffed, the interview process was non-existent. They simply asked about work eligibility, availability and finally, when you could start. After this, a tour was given and the training process began.
Started with a Phone call inviting to interview and basic interview questions, then interview consisted of similar questions but more in detail. Like tell me about yourself and past experience and why you want to work here etc
