Two 1:1 interviews 1 hour each with project managers. Questions about previous work ('Describe your Ph.D. work as you want to sell it to me'). General HR-type questions like 'Where do you see yourself in 5 years', 'Why do you want to work at ASML and why at Customer Support department'. Almost no technical questions.

First Phase is an half an hour meeting with Human Resources with the classic basic questions (why ASML, where do you see yourself in 5 years...) The second Phase is composed of three meetings (one hour each): 1 - HR-style questions but more complex (an example of a situation where you convinced someone to do what you wanted etc.) 2 - Presenting a technical topic of your preference 3 - Presenting a technical topic of their choice (mine was regarding EUV)
