Got an interview after submitting the resume for 1 months +.
Interview process was pleasant and professional. Interviewer explained the jobscope and hiring process in a clear manner.
Was informed by HR that interview result would come after 2 weeks regardless whether I'm hired or not but received no response. The hope was suspended in the air for long.

Within a month of applying, had a recorded video interview and then a video call with managers. Content of interviews were both technical and personal questions. Altogether it was a smooth experience.

1. HR screening 2. On-site interview Rejection. Each round rotates around 5 working days with very standardized scedule and HRs are apporachable, professional, and helpful. But 3-hour on-site interview is too long. Make sure you eat something before going there.
