the process started with on-line application , after around 3 weeks I was called and had kind of short phone interview on the spot, immediately after that call I was invited for face-to-face interview, that interview was with the hiring manager and senior project leader
that interview lasted for one hour and it was going through the CV with focus in the relevant experience to the applied job
the interviewee were sharp and professional, they started by explaining the details of the job to drive the conversation in what matters, that was followed going through the CV and touch upon what matters for them
after the interview I was promised with feedback within a week , but somehow things went wrong and feedback was not given on time , but as soon as I reached out to the hiring manager asking for the feedback I got quickly call back from him directly with many apologies for being late and took immediate actions to move things forward , that was followed by second face-to-face interview with another senior and with HR manager , it was like the first one but with more hypothetical questions of how would you do in different situations while HR pushed for more questions to understand what motivate me and what make me tick , it felt like the the senior project lead was touching more in the technical hard skills while HR was more probing the culture fit and long term suitability to ASML
2 days after the interview I was contacted by HR that I will presented with offer shortly,
