After submitting CV and cover letter, an HR person sent interview date with two mangers.
Several questions about previous projects and interests. Then, they made clear how the position is competitive and they have couple of candidates. They had to choose 1 or 2 for the second round. After two weeks, the HR person called me and inform me although I got positive feedback, but they chose other candidates.
The entire interview process was very organized and timely. There were two interviews scheduled on the same day. Questions were based on professional experience and personal interest. The final result was also declared timely.

What are your hobbies . Asked about a particular technical problem.
After 4 rounds of Technical interviews, They realised that the open position addressed their problem wrongly. They closed the position and opened a new one with totally different requirements. They asked for a computational physicist before and they changed it to material scientist.
