I had a phone interview with a third party recruiter about a month after applying to the position. A month later I was called in for an all day interview where I met with 8 different people. Most of the questions were either technical or about my past experience. A lot of the interviewers had me draw concepts/solve problems on paper.

Design scenarios asked during interview. Need to come up with innovative solutions.
Final interview involves presentation of a major project. Then individual interview taken by people on the presentation panel.

First, a phone interview with a recruiter, where you're asked mostly behavioral questions and at least 3 technical questions for the role. Afterwards, you get an interview with the engineering managers to ask more indepth questions for the role.
Short over the phone, asked a few specific questions about motor selection for a control arm. Not too much further detail into engineering subjects, more about background and resume experiences.
