Second round, become very aggressive, ask if I could do overtime again. and ask if I can handle heavy workload. Ask if there is any conflict what should I do.

Within a month of applying, had a recorded video interview and then a video call with managers. Content of interviews were both technical and personal questions. Altogether it was a smooth experience.

1. HR screening 2. On-site interview Rejection. Each round rotates around 5 working days with very standardized scedule and HRs are apporachable, professional, and helpful. But 3-hour on-site interview is too long. Make sure you eat something before going there.
