I was contacted by the recruiter and then had two rounds of interviews. The offer came in after a week. However the background check took three weeks. Anyway, it was still a pleasant process, due to the diligence of the recruiter.

Got phone interview opportunity on end of Jun, and experienced a smooth talk with senior engineer and then arranged with an on-site interview after several days. Spent almost whole afternoon to be interviewed by a couple of experts and HR. At last, paper-based test was given, which is basic but needs your hands on skills.
