This one was for wafer metrology. I submitted a cover letter and was contacted 1,5 weeks after submission, scheduling the first interview for 1 week later. If successful, I would have a second interview

It was one half day onsite with 3 different interviews. You first introduce your experience, previous project. Then there was a case study, and which you can prepare before. In general not that difficult.
