After initial phone screening, there were 3 rounds: 1 written, 1 technical, 1 chat with the potential manager.
The technical questions were not that difficult and they don't seem to mind even if I didn't know the exact answer. They were just looking for peopel who are nice to work with and have passable technical knowledge

Phone interview. Then On site interview or MS Team Interview. They ask your school. Likely they prefer good school. My background like in what industry lately. Questions like how much I know their company, their product. Explain position requirement.
Three video rounds. Technical rounds were rushed, bouncing from one topic to another seemingly looking to check the box on whether you know this or that as fast as possible. At times difficult to understand interviewers. Very little patience to just let you do what you need to do on code screeners or arriving at an explanation. Overall a rather disappointing and tedious experience.
