Screening, then there were various scenario based questions, then a one way recorded interview and then the final stage was going into the London office for an in person interview

I applied online for a position at ASOS, and less than one hour later, I received an email inviting me to complete a HireVue interview. This interview was self-recorded, where I had to answer questions displayed on the screen. After submitting my HireVue interview, I received an email informing me that I was successful. About three days later, I was invited to an in-person assessment centre. It was a comprehensive and engaging experience consisting of three tasks: 1-1 Interview: This was a personal interview where I was asked various questions about my background, skills, and fit for the role. Presentation: I had to present on the trends for Autumn/Winter 2024, showcasing my understanding of the fashion industry and my ability to anticipate future trends. Group Activity: This involved a collaborative task where we discussed which brands ASOS should consider and provided reasons for our choices. Overall, the experience was amazing and fun, giving me a great insight into the company’s culture and expectations. One week after the assessment centre, I received a call from the talent team congratulating me on my success and informing me that I was being added to their Talent Bank. I am hopeful that a vacancy will open up soon!
