In person interview with the engineering manager and VP of product development that lasted about forty minutes followed by a tour of the facility that lasted about another fifteen minutes.

Fairly standard process with Assa Abloy Group, 30 minutes in total interview time. Seemed to work off a scripted line of questioning. Mostly situational type questions with minimal behavioral qs
The interview was well structured, firstly introducing yourself and giving an overview of each of the qualifications and experience, it also included technical based questions based on the on the role description.
