Took two months to get to the last interview. At the end of the interview they said I would receive an email letting me know whether I got the job or not. I never received an email and when I called they said they can't tell me anything. So I'm just left to assume that I never got the job.

After the initial interview, the store will likely assess your product knowledge. They may ask you about various cell phone models, features, or accessories, and how you would explain them to customers. This is to evaluate your ability to understand and communicate technical information.
