I had a brief sit-down interview with two of ATT's Supply Chain and Fleet Operations directors. The position was for a full-time, paid, summer internship. They reviewed my CV and asked questions about how my experience meshed with their business lines. Then I was asked a few typical interview questions. Interview was formal, non-behavioral, and quick. (Basically a screening for best-fit candidates.)

I had two rounds of interview for this role - the first was behavioural (with a recruiter) and the second one was more technical (with a more experienced professional at AT&T)
