The process took about 3 months from the time i applied. You have a phone interview and the a store interview. the 3rd interview is with the store manager. If hired you will have to travel and train for a full month. you will be home on the week ends.

First is to complete the online Assessment. Second, I have a phone to answer a few questions over the phone for a Phone Screening I got a link to answer questions for the Virtual Interview Got scheduled to in-store interview.
Phone interview, then zoom interview and then in person. The phone interview was really short. The zoom call didn’t really feel professional. The in person interview was just a store tour with the manager.
