The interview was fairly easy. I was asked the usual questions during an interview. In the last part of the interview we did a scenario. I answered question as a retention specialist, and the interviewer as a customer. I was offered the job the next day, with a month until my start date.

Mock interviews was great, was able to do a role play. The interview was trying to see how my customer service and problem solving skills were overall tgis was a great interview
