During my long process of interviewing with AT&T. I noticed once you are past the initial screening interview, the heat is turned up. The program begins to solidify as a real and challenging interview process. They prepare you well for your interview by holding a webinar and letting you know what they want and what you should expect. During my second interview I really impressed my interviewer so I convo turned into a convo instead of an interview. You then have a case interview that challenges your ability to present and face adversity. I am currently at my last interview and expect to get the position by presenting what they are looking for and showing that I want the position. The only negative about the process is the fact that every stage of the process takes about a week plus just to hear back and then another week for the next interview. So if you are pressed for money and a job you may need to learn patience.
You may apply online and may receive an email to schedule a phone interview. With one of their human resource agents. It may be a third-party conpany until you pass a preliminary interview and advance to the next stage. The interview was brief and straightforward and one may be hired on the spot.
it was easy and fun to interview, with lots of questions but they made me feel welcomed. they touched based on everything i wanted to know about the role and all my expectations

Just like having a conversation. Basically asked about availability, working with others and independently, handling difficult customers and difficult situations, also how would you handle overcoming objection with sales and would that be a problem for you.
