I was contacted by a recruiter for a student position with AT&T working at one of their call centers dealing with customer wifi issues. Got in contact with the hiring manager at the call center and was scheduled for an in person interview within 2 weeks. Interview was pretty standard and fairly easy.

Why do you think you'd be good for this job? Why do you want to work for this company? Where do you see yourself in 1-5 years working here?
The interview process for the AT&T call center was pretty straightforward and not too hard. I applied online, did a short phone screen, and then had a simple interview with a supervisor who asked basic customer service questions. Nothing tricky... they mostly wanted to see if I could talk normally, handle upset customers, and follow instructions. After that, there was a quick computer test to make sure I could type and move through screens. Once I passed the background check, they gave me a start date. Overall, it was a smooth, average process and not stressful.

The interview process was an average interview and asked questions to see if you will fit with the company and the company mission. Everyone was nice and very welcoming. They asked series of scenario question, but all related to the job.
Very smooth the rep was nice and polite. Everything went as planned in the interview and felt like they really wanted me to join their team. It didn't take long to recive the job offer
