Pretty Straightforward Behavioral Questions and scenario type questions. There was a 2 phone interviews followed by a final in person interview. They also ask what you know about current technologies and promotions to see if you are up to date with information.

The store managers do not set up the interviews, they get set up at the corporate level and the info gets sent to the store managers. You interview at the store and then you will receive a call from a recruiter if you got the job.

easy and straightforward interview, just a standard dialogue to get to know if you're a culture fit. I don't think there was anything tricky about the interview. mostly a conversational dialogue.

Great interview process. Nothing felt forced within the interview. Open dialogue for perspective upon getting hired. Great recommendations as to different departments thats are within the company as well. Just be you and bring a smile!
