Applied online. I was contracted via email. I was the scheduled for mechanical test ( the test is pass or fail) they classafy it as qualified or disqualified. Later after passing the test and after hr reviewed my information I was called in for interview. It offered they schedule you for background check and drug screening.

I was not interviewed. I applied online, then almost a week later someone called, asked me some general questions about the job, then asked if I could be in Wisconsin the next week. From there I just went to training. Was never interviewed or tested.
