The interview process is not very timely. First you apply online, then wait for 2 months for them to call you, if you make it past the initial interview you will have 2 more phone interviews and a in person interview with two managers.

First is to complete the online Assessment. Second, I have a phone to answer a few questions over the phone for a Phone Screening I got a link to answer questions for the Virtual Interview Got scheduled to in-store interview.
Phone interview, then zoom interview and then in person. The phone interview was really short. The zoom call didn’t really feel professional. The in person interview was just a store tour with the manager.
