Went to a campus visit and received a private link to apply to their TDP. Finished the OA immediately and did not hear back for weeks from the hiring manager that invited me. Kept emailing for updates and scheduling my second round, finally got an interview and in the first 3 minutes of the call I was told the position was filled and I would not be interviewed further.

Unprofessional. Interviewer kept delaying and rescheduling within the same day. I waited all day to interview. After that, the technical was kind of simple. Asked basic OOP questions and basic style leetcode. Also asked system-design related questions.
