Spiel in the beginning describing what the job entails. Climbing poles with buckingham harness, working lots of overtime, a couple months of training in Houston etc etc. Then you go off with a manager and answer a few questions while he types out your answers. They aren't griling you or anything, just be prepared to answer the questions submitted on Glassdoor and you'll be fine.

Test first then formal interview. The interview was pretty basic, had no prior technician work but they tech you and make sure your moldable. Process wasn’t too long and started working pretty quickly

It was ok kinda long. Lots of waiting for responses. had to wait awhile for any answers. The process got better when I got a new contact. Once that happened it was much faster

It was a rigorous process that took several days. Prior to interview a knowledge test has to be taken. After passing test, taken to a room to wait until a person conducts one on one interview.
