Panel interview with plant walk through. I was flown in on a weekday evening, rented a car and drove from Portland to Albany where I stayed in a very nice hotel close to the plant. The next morning I was greeted by human resources for breakfast and went to the plant from there. The 12 person panel asked separate questions and each had a score card to rate my responses. After a 4 hour session, I was taken on a plant tour by one of the engineers and I headed out for the airport in Portland when done. Over all it was a great experience and they felt genuinely warm to me.
