I had rounds of interviews with the recruiter and hiring managers. I feel like the hiring managers wrote me off the minute they saw me. Diversity certainly lacks here within this company. (Not many POC) Lack of thorough communication and expectations. Seems like managers were too busy to actually sit and interview.
