1 interview with hiring manager and CAO. Offer presented. Before offer role was only mentioned Hybrid 2 days per week. Then after accepted offer with counter approval manager changed days and was arrogantly aggressive about their communication during the interview about weekly days in office being 3 days. Manager called me and aggressively told me that they did not care if they had to hold on hiring for the role. Then argued with my recruiter, HR and myself 3 days before start date about what they knew was stated. HR and recruiter stated the manager was wrong and job was only posted for 2 days in office. I denied working for business due to lack of respect before actually working for company.
