Very easy interview, customer service questions. Leadership, team work...HR managment lack of education but overall not bad company to work. Managment need more leadership training. Question all about CS

Verschillende rondes; HR, Manager, HR. Contact verliep vlot en stonden vrij flexibel in de onderhandelingen. Gesprek met manager was aangenaam en eerlijk, maar is natuurlijk mijn persoonlijke ervaring. Staren zich niet blind op diploma's en geven mensen kansen. Wel zien dat je tevreden bent met je voorwaarden, want nadien iets bij krijgen is lastiger

It was easy to be contacted. Interviewers were friendly and interview was standard, professionally conducted. After the interview, i was told that I would be contacted to go to a 2nd interview to get to know me further.
