The interview have few rounds. 1st was the standard general interview with HR, second was technical interview with 3 people over Skype. 3rd was f2f interview in Abu Dhabi, they evaluated technical skills, motivation, ability to transfer and live in ME. They also did big security screening, validating my former experience and references.

Overall HR (non-professional) info related interview (over the phone) was the first one.
It was followed by technical interview over the phone - done by senior team lead (phone as well).
After that, I flew for F2F in-country meeting where both interviews were held again with more details. I needed to wait for security clearance for few months and after signing all paperwork, I was flying to Abu Dhabi.
