Colloquio
The first round is HR telephonic call. It went good and I was asked to take up a second technical round. I am honest and I answered 80% of the questions correctly. The interviewer sent a positive Email on the same day asking me to take up a coding test. The coding test was to develop a Role Playing Game using command Line. First thing every interviewer (not only Auto1 GmBH) has to understand they can’t assess a candidate 100% using coding standards. Because each and every person uses different coding standards and one can follow the company specific coding standards only when they start to work in your company. But basic standards may be

I had spent whole week to develop that application and I am 100% sure it works fine and tested thoroughly. They had finally rejected my code due to silly reasons. The interviewer does not know how the XJC works with JAXB.
