Colloquio
The interview process was really good. All the technical questions asked are related to the tech stack used in the organization and were in depth. Interviewers are focusing on the knowledge, and mindset of the candidate of approaching the problem, and not in the syntax.
Process consists
- HR interview (getting to know and set of predefined technical questions - topics are informed earlier before the interview).
- Coding round (Pair programming session)
- In depth technical interview on programming language and frameworks
- System design interview

Nothing really specific, all technical questions were equally important I guess in their assessment
Strange interview conducted by a guy. He told me after the interview he definitely would provide feedback. I answered almost all the questions. The suggested salary range was below the market. I requested a feedback few times but no response.
